CONTEXT & BRAND IDEA
In February 1999, Kaya, a Mauritian musician and the creator of “seggae”, died in police custody. This event created major riots over the country, and the National Unity has been highly affected. 2 Years later, we created a free national campaign for the Government of Mauritius to reinforce National Unity. The film shows a young Mauritian waking up one day and realising he is utterly alone on the island. The end line emphasises that we can not live alone; solidarity and togetherness were our only way out.
