CONTEXT
Ascencia is one of the largest domestic property investment companies listed on Mauritius’s Stock Exchange. Its main activity is the acquisition, investment and management of shopping malls. Its portfolio of assets includes Bagatelle Mall (the largest shopping mall of Mauritius), three regional malls in Phoenix, Riche Terre and Bo’Vallon Mall and three convenience shopping centres - Kendra, Les Allées and So’flo.
BRAND IDEA
We created the visual identity symbolising a place of convergence and lifestyle. The agile brand architecture system allows different ranges of colour for each mall.
